Three volumes of Robert Louis Stevenson in presentation binding published by Chatto and Windus in 1922. One volume is titled Virginibus Puerisque with 11 other pieces. The next volume is titled 'Familiar Studies of Men And Books' and the third is titled 'Across the Plains with other Memories and Essays'. All three volumes are hardback with leather covered boards embossed with a gilt coat of arms on the front cover. The spines are deeply embossed and printed in red and gilt ink. The inside covers are covered with a blue marbled paper and this pattern is printed on all three outside edges of the pages. On each inside outer front cover is a signed award certificate from Epsom College. The condition of each of the three volumes is 'fine - as new'.
