Mrs Middleton’s Shop is an Independent Bookshop, in Freshwater on the Isle of Wight. The Rabbit Hole two doors down is a Bookshop too with a Tearoom for Home-baked Cakes, Fresh roasted Coffee and speciality loose leaf tea. Nestled in a Parade of Shops that have been retail outlets since early Victorian times, with a charming view over School Green, we are home to books, old, nearly new, antiquarian and collectible. Established since 2015, our buying criteria is ‘Interesting Books’, and we stock a large range of hard to find titles, and out of print volumes. We offer a book search service, and like nothing better than for you to leave us a list of desires, so we can search high and low, and source exactly what you require. Currently we also have about 2000 of our titles on Abe Books , which are added to daily. We also stock, and take orders for new (often signed) titles. Open Tuesday to Saturday 10-5. The Rabbit Hole Tearoom and Chocolate Shop at 55, School Green road, currently opens from Thursday- Saturday 10-5. Car-parking is easiest opposite at the Council Carpark in front of the West Wight Sports Centre. Our Team Nick and Gail Creagh-Osborne Booksellers.
